Matt Ross is a film and television actor whom you may have seen in American Psycho, The Aviator, Big Love or Silicon Valley. He more recently wrote and directed a film called Captain Fantastic which is about a father completely dedicated to raising his six children, by very unconventional means, in the forests of the Pacific Northwest.

He is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner amongst other interesting things that are discussed in this episode such as living in the wilderness vs city centers, raising children, working in Hollywood and the general problems of modern civilization.
