Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed by 10am Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day, but we do not ship on weekends. Shipping times are estimated. Please allow for handling time and variables such as customs (for international shipments), holidays and weather-related delays.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package has been marked as shipped and in possession with carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
International Orders (outside USA):
Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders as once it arrives in your country we are at the mercy of customs and other bureaucratic forces. Sometimes tracking will not update until customs in your country releases the package which can take weeks. Also International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees") which you will be responsible for. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information if concerned. We do our best to work with services that will be sure to get your shipment to you in a timely manor and for a reasonable cost and most international shipments go smoothly but do incur fees.
