They talk about his beginnings in the art looking for a way to deal with street fights in Utah as a young man and then finding Jiu Jitsu which changed his life. They also discuss his time traveling and teaching the art to students all over the world. They also talk about the importance of Rickson Gracie teachings and why he is interested in continuing to share that knowledge with other practitioners.
